These Terms govern your access to and use of our infrastructure, infrastructure & technology solutions, engineering solutions, business solutions, and technology solutions (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. *(1) Acceptance and changes You accept these Terms by accessing or using the Services. We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will provide notice (for example, by email or a notice on our website). Continued use of the Services after the notice means you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree with a change, stop using the Services and notify us. *(2) Who may use the Services You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction and have full power to enter into and perform these Terms. Organizations, businesses, contractors and individuals may use the Services if authorized to do so. You may not use the Services for unlawful activities or in a manner that violates these Terms. *(3) Contacting Us and request Some Services require You to agree to: *(i) Provide accurate, current and complete information when reaching out by any mean (email, online form, phone etc.). Maintain and promptly update information to keep it accurate. Keep your credentials secure and confidential. *(ii) Scope of services We provide infrastructure, tech and engineering solutions, business consulting, system design, integration, maintenance, software, hardware provisioning, cloud services, managed services, and other related professional services as agreed in a separate statement of work, proposal or contract ("Service Agreement"). These Terms apply in addition to any specific Service Agreement. In the event of conflict, the Service Agreement prevails. *(iii) Contract will be considered null and void, if make it public or shared info, in any case before informing and reaching out and getting permission. *(iv) Will not be able to file complain, file report and take to court, if any of the clause is not followed. *(v) Will be liable to pay full cost and amount for defamation, if (iv) above is not followed.
